Emily Stewart 

This brief aimed to introduce me to type design, whereby I had to locate an interesting grid and base a 26 character typeface from it. These methods are outlined in Ellen Lupton's book "Thinking with Type". The challenge here was to create a visually cohesive set of letterforms that also could be used as a display type legibly.
